Volunteering

1. Welcome Crew (Check-In & Greeters)

Set the tone for the night by welcoming guests, checking tickets, and providing hand stamps. Help attendees feel comfortable and informed about the event layout.

2. Decor & Setup Team

Transform the venue into a dreamy prom space! Assist with decorating, setting up tables, photo areas, and ensuring everything looks perfect before guests arrive.

3. Dance Floor Hosts

Encourage guests to hit the dance floor, keep the energy up, and create an inviting atmosphere. Help facilitate any dance-related activities, such as group dances or contests.

4. Consent & Wellness Ambassadors

Ensure a safe and respectful space by being available for any concerns related to boundaries and consent. Assist guests who need a breather or emotional support.

5. Photo & Social Media Crew

Capture the magic! Take photos, run the photo booth, or help manage social media updates to document the night.

6. Clean-Up Crew

Ensure the venue is left spotless by assisting with breakdown, trash collection, and packing up decorations.

7. Floater Volunteers

Available to assist wherever needed, from troubleshooting minor issues to stepping in for another role.
